With this project I wanted to create something that I've never seen before. I searched for a unique location for a while until the architecture of the cycled Island came to my mind and I finally decided to shoot on Santorin.
The architecture in Santorin and a Bmx flatland rider would be the perfect combination to create the pictures I had in mind. I'm super happy that Matthias Dandois was so motivated for this project because he truly was a perfect fit!
After I had done lot of research on the spots I should not miss out on I decided that I not only wanted to show the shiny spotless side of Santorin. With this thought I started searching for abandoned houses and locations on the Island that are not so common and popular.
